And speaking of penguins (Smallville rec)

A coworker remarked on our streak of penguin weather and it brought to mind one of my favorite stories.
Just how much does Clark know about his powers? What is it like not to ever know what is normal for your kind? This is one of the underexploited storylines of Smallville, as the producers only occasionally give us a glimpse of Clark's uncertainties, and his fears that he may someday change beyond all recognition.
Punk Maneuverability takes this theme and runs with it. Only this time Clark isn't gaining new powers, he's losing them. And he doesn't know why. A brilliantly subtle story of fear and friendship.
Plus it has a penguinarium. And baseball. What more do I have to say?
